Rallied vs MSPbots: see and enforce how the desk runs, or have the tickets resolved
MSPbots is a business intelligence and automation suite for ConnectWise, Autotask and HaloPSA: dashboards, alert bots, NextTicket dispatch, and AI triage, QA and intake apps sold on credits. Rallied is an AI agent that resolves requests in your PSA. MSPbots shows you where the desk is slipping and nudges the people who run it, and Rallied closes the routine tickets so fewer of them need a person at all.

Why MSPs look for an MSPbots alternative
MSPbots describes itself as six products in two categories: three AI apps (ticket triage, ticket QA with sentiment analysis, ticket intake) and three core products (business intelligence and reporting, automation bots, NextTicket dispatch). None of the six does the fix. On our sales calls the summary MSPs give is that the dashboards are good and the tickets still need a technician, so the ones who look past MSPbots are looking for the tool that does the work.
- Every product reports, routes or reminds. AI Ticket Triage reads, classifies and routes, NextTicket picks the next ticket for a tech, and bots alert in Teams. The password still gets reset by a person.
- The price stacks in three tracks: BI Unlimited at $699 a month, the Pro Bundle at $990 a month for 10 users plus $99 per extra user, and AI credits billed separately from $699 for 7,000 credits. Bots need the BI package first.
- A ticket can use up to 4 AI credits and extra credits cost $0.20 each.
- Microsoft 365 is listed as coming in Q2 2027 on the integrations page, so nothing MSPbots does today touches a mailbox, a license or a user account.
- It is its own platform, with dashboards to build and bot rules to tune, and the BI and bot services each carry a $299 onboarding fee.
Most of the products we've seen can help you do things or give you ideas but they don't go out and do work for you.

MSPbots vs Rallied
| MSPbots | Rallied | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | BI dashboards, automation bots and NextTicket dispatch, plus AI apps for ticket triage, QA, sentiment and intake, on top of your PSA. | AI agent that reads each ticket in your PSA, does the work and writes up what it did. |
| How you set it up | Connect ConnectWise, Autotask or HaloPSA, configure your rules, then build dashboards and bots. MSPbots says the AI apps set up in under 30 minutes; BI and bots come with onboarding at $299 per service. | Connect your PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365, then say in plain English what it may do on its own. |
| Who runs it day to day | Your service manager, on the dashboards and bot rules, with a dedicated customer success manager from MSPbots. | Nobody full time. Your service manager sets the guardrails and approves anything that needs a sign-off. |
| Time to first result | AI apps in under 30 minutes by MSPbots' account; dashboards and bots after their onboarding sessions. | Most MSPs connect their PSA and go live in under a week, starting in Plan Mode so you can check its work first. |
| Plain-word tickets | AI Ticket Triage reads, classifies and routes them to a technician, and Ticket QA reviews the work afterward. | Reads the request, checks who is asking and works out what to do. |
| Tools without an API | Not offered. Its 80+ integrations are API connections. | A browser agent logs into the admin console and does the task, at 30 to 60 seconds an action. |
| Where approvals happen | Not part of the model. Bots alert and enforce, and a technician does the work. | On the ticket in your PSA, with per-action defaults you can tighten or loosen. |
| Reach | ConnectWise, Autotask or HaloPSA required; 80+ more including ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-able, Kaseya, SuperOps and Syncro, IT Glue, Hudu, Slack, Teams, Rewst, Pax8, QuickBooks and Xero. Microsoft 365 is marked coming Q2 2027. | ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and SuperOps; Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-central and ConnectWise Automate; Microsoft 365, IT Glue, Hudu and Confluence. |
| Pricing | Three stacking tracks: BI Unlimited $699 a month, Pro Bundle $990 a month for 10 users, AI credit plans from $699 for 7,000 credits. Month to month with a 120-day money-back guarantee. | $150 a month, billed monthly, 2,000 credits included. A ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits. |
Where MSPbots wins
- Seeing the whole desk
- Unlimited integrations, viewers and widgets on BI Unlimited, with accounting (QuickBooks, Xero), CRM (HubSpot) and security tools (Huntress, SentinelOne, Sophos, ThreatLocker) feeding the same dashboards. Rallied has no reporting product.
- Dispatch and process enforcement
- NextTicket decides which ticket each tech takes next at $50 per user a month, and bots deliver MicroTraining nudges in Teams when someone misses a step. Rallied does not manage technician workflow.
- The guarantee and the support bench
- A 120-day unconditional money-back guarantee, a dedicated customer success manager on every account and a team MSPbots puts at about 90 people, all month to month.
- Ticket QA and sentiment
- AI Ticket QA reviews closed tickets and Sentiment Analysis reads client tone, a management layer Rallied does not offer. MSPbots is SOC 2 Type 2 as well, hosted on Azure in US East.
Which one fits
Pick MSPbots if
- You want KPI dashboards across PSA, RMM, accounting and security data, and you have enough techs to work every ticket they surface.
- Your problem is process: techs cherry-picking tickets, missed time entries, SLA slips you hear about late.
- You want triage, QA and dispatch inside one suite, with a 120-day guarantee while you decide.
Pick Rallied if
- You want fewer tickets reaching a technician, starting with password resets, unlocks, mailbox access and onboarding.
- You need the agent to act in Microsoft 365, your RMM and your documentation, rather than read the PSA and report.
- You want to pay by the ticket: $150 a month for 2,000 credits, with each ticket costing 1, 3 or 8 credits.
What each one costs
MSPbots
From $699 a month
BI Unlimited is $699 a month for unlimited integrations, viewers and widgets. The Pro Bundle is $990 a month for 10 users (BI, bots and NextTicket) with $99 per extra user. AI credits are billed separately: Starter 7,000 credits $699, Growth 14,000 credits $999, Scale 32,000 credits $1,799, extra credits $0.20 each, and a ticket uses up to 4 credits.
A la carte, BI starts at $89 a month per integration ($179 for a PSA), bots and NextTicket are $50 per user a month, and each carries a $299 onboarding fee. The Basic AI plan for 3,000 credits shows as $300 on the pricing page and $399 on the AI credits page, so ask which applies. Everything is month to month with a 120-day money-back guarantee.
Rallied
$150 a month
Billed monthly, with 2,000 credits included. Each ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits depending on how much work the agent did on it, so a typical month covers about 700 tickets. Tickets it couldn't finish are never charged.
Questions MSPs ask us about MSPbots
Does MSPbots resolve tickets?
No. MSPbots lists six products: AI Ticket Triage, AI Ticket QA with Sentiment Analysis, AI Ticket Intake, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Automation bots and NextTicket dispatch. They read, classify, route, review and report on tickets, and a technician does the fix. Rallied does the fix in your PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365.
Is MSPbots still $179 a month?
Only as an a la carte BI price for a single PSA integration. The tracks MSPbots leads with in September 2026 are BI Unlimited at $699 a month, the Pro Bundle at $990 a month for 10 users, and AI credit plans from $699 a month for 7,000 credits.
Can I run MSPbots and Rallied together?
Yes, and the combination makes sense. MSPbots reports on the desk and dispatches what needs a person, while Rallied resolves the routine tickets before they reach the queue. Both connect to ConnectWise, Autotask and HaloPSA, so neither one gets in the other's way.
Does MSPbots work with Microsoft 365?
Not today. Its integrations page lists Microsoft 365 as coming in Q2 2027, and Microsoft CSP in Q1 2027. Rallied's Microsoft 365 integration is live, and it is where most password resets, unlocks and license changes happen.
