What counts as an outcome?
A ticket where Rallied did the work: it made a real change in one of your systems, like resetting a password, unlocking an account, or creating a mailbox, or it ran one of your workflows start to finish.
What if Rallied can't resolve a ticket?
No charge. If Rallied looked at a ticket but didn't change anything in your systems, it isn't an outcome and it doesn't show up on your bill.
How does the $150 minimum work?
Your bill is $3 per outcome or $150, whichever is higher. The minimum covers your first 50 outcomes each month.
Does a hard ticket cost more?
No. One charge per ticket, no matter how much work it took. A password reset and a five-system offboarding are both $3.
