Rallied vs Bumblebee: a reporting and recommendations tool, or an agent that works the ticket queue

Bumblebee, at hirebumblebee.com, now sells itself as reporting and intelligence for MSPs: it connects your PSA, RMM, security and backup tools and turns their data into QBRs, service reviews and security scorecards your team approves, from $250 a month self-service or $3,000 a project with Bumblebee building it. Rallied is an AI agent that reads each ticket in your PSA and does the work, so the two do different jobs, and an MSP that needs both would run both.

Why MSPs look for a Bumblebee alternative

In March 2026 this page compared two tools that both took requests from Slack. That framing is stale. Bumblebee's current homepage does not mention Slack or Microsoft Teams, and the product it describes is a reporting platform with workflows underneath it rather than a way to close tickets. MSPs land here because a December 2025 write-up still describes Bumblebee as a workflow builder for onboarding, invoice reconciliation and ticket dispatch, and they want to know whether it will work their queue. It will not, and Bumblebee does not claim it will.

  • Nothing on Bumblebee's site describes reading or resolving a ticket. Reports are approved by your team before delivery and agent actions are recommended for your team to review.
  • The self-service plan connects 10 tools and generates up to 50 client reports a month, with two guided 30-minute calls for setup, so a larger stack or a custom report means the guided build at $3,000 a project.
  • Ticket dispatch and onboarding workflows appear in the December 2025 ChannelPro description and in older blog titles, and not on the current homepage, so treat them as history until Bumblebee lists them again.
  • Bumblebee has not come up on our sales calls and has no G2 listing we could find, so this page relies on its own pages and one trade write-up.

Bumblebee vs Rallied

Bumblebee Rallied
What it is Reporting and intelligence platform for MSPs: connects your PSA, RMM, security, backup and Microsoft 365 data and turns it into QBRs, service reviews and security scorecards your team approves before delivery. AI agent that reads each ticket in your PSA, does the work and writes up what it did.
How you set it up Self-service: connect up to 10 tools, use the QBR, Security Scorecard and Service Review templates, with two guided 30-minute setup calls. Or a guided build: scoping, template design, integration setup and team training. Connect your PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365, then say in plain English what it may do on its own.
Who runs it day to day Your account managers or service leads, reviewing and approving each report and recommended action in the Bumblebee web app. Nobody full time. Your service manager sets the guardrails and approves anything that needs a sign-off.
Time to first result Not published for self-service beyond the two setup calls. Guided builds get a timeline confirmed before kickoff. Most MSPs connect their PSA and go live in under a week, starting in Plan Mode so you can check its work first.
Plain-word tickets Not part of the product. Nothing on the site describes reading or resolving tickets. Reads the request, checks who is asking and works out what to do.
Tools without an API Not described. Bumblebee connects supported systems and manages those integrations for you. A browser agent logs into the admin console and does the task, at 30 to 60 seconds an action.
Where approvals happen In the Bumblebee web app, on each report before it goes to the client. On the ticket in your PSA, with per-action defaults you can tighten or loosen.
Reach More than 60 supported systems, including Syncro, ConnectWise, HaloPSA and Autotask; Microsoft 365; Datto RMM; Huntress, KnowBe4 and Acronis. The self-service plan connects 10 of them. ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and SuperOps; Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-central and ConnectWise Automate; Microsoft 365, IT Glue, Hudu and Confluence.
Pricing Published. Self-service from $250 a month with a one-month trial; guided implementation from $3,000 a project. $150 a month, billed monthly, 2,000 credits included. A ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits.

Where Bumblebee wins

QBR prep
Bumblebee's published customer result takes a QBR from about 2 hours of preparation to about 10 minutes of review. MSPs on our calls put a QBR at three to four hours each, and Rallied does not build reports at all.
Published pricing with a trial
$250 a month self-service with a one-month trial, or $3,000 a project for a guided build. Both are on the homepage, which is more than most MSP AI vendors manage.
SOC 2 Type II, same as Rallied
Bumblebee states SOC 2 Type II compliance on its homepage, so a client security review gets a report from either vendor.
Built for you if you want it
The guided path covers scoping, report and template design, integration setup and training, and Bumblebee's FAQ says you do not need a finished specification or workflow-building expertise. Rallied has no services arm.

Which one fits

Pick Bumblebee if

  • QBRs, service reviews and security scorecards eat your account managers' time and you want them generated from live data.
  • You want someone else to build the reports and the integrations behind them, and a project fee is fine.
  • Recommended next steps for your team to review are what you want from AI, rather than actions taken on tickets.

Pick Rallied if

  • Your pain is the routine ticket queue: password resets, unlocks, mailbox access, onboarding and offboarding.
  • You want the work done in your PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365, and written up on the ticket.
  • You want to pay by the ticket, with a technician's sign-off only where you decide it matters.

What each one costs

Bumblebee

From $250 a month

Self-service starts at $250 a month with a one-month trial, 10 connected tools from more than 60 supported, up to 50 client reports a month and two guided 30-minute setup calls. Guided implementation starts at $3,000 a project and covers scoping, design, integration setup and training.

Rallied

$150 a month

Billed monthly, with 2,000 credits included. Each ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits depending on how much work the agent did on it, so a typical month covers about 700 tickets. Tickets it couldn't finish are never charged.

Questions MSPs ask us about Bumblebee

Does Bumblebee resolve tickets?

Not according to its site. As of September 2026 Bumblebee describes itself as reporting and intelligence for MSPs: QBRs, service reviews and security scorecards built from your stack's data, with your team approving each report and reviewing each recommended action. Rallied reads each ticket in your PSA and does the work.

Is Bumblebee still a workflow builder?

Workflows are still the engine underneath. A December 2025 ChannelPro write-up describes Bumblebee generating workflows from documented SOPs for onboarding, invoice reconciliation and ticket dispatch, and the current homepage says you do not need a finished specification or workflow-building expertise because Bumblebee can build it for you.

What does Bumblebee cost compared with Rallied?

Bumblebee publishes two paths: self-service from $250 a month with a one-month trial, covering 10 connected tools and up to 50 client reports a month, and guided implementation from $3,000 a project. Rallied is $150 a month, billed monthly, with 2,000 credits included, which covers about 700 tickets in a typical month.

Can an MSP use both?

Yes, and the ones that need both would. Bumblebee produces the client-facing QBR and scorecard; Rallied works the tickets that generate the data behind them. Neither replaces the other.
