Rallied vs zofiQ: your PSA vendor's own agents, or an agent that works across your stack
zofiQ was acquired by ConnectWise in January 2026 and is now sold as ConnectWise AI Agents inside the ConnectWise Platform, where the agents available today triage, dispatch and summarize tickets and pricing is not published. Rallied is an AI agent that reads each ticket in your PSA and does the work across the PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365, so it fits ConnectWise shops that want tickets closed rather than routed, and every MSP on Autotask, HaloPSA or SuperOps.

Why MSPs look for a zofiQ alternative
In March 2026 the story was that zofiQ went ConnectWise-only. Six months on, the brand itself is gone: zofiq.ai now serves the ConnectWise AI Agents page, and the agents are a feature of the ConnectWise Platform, which replaced Asio in July 2026. The MSPs who ask us about zofiQ are usually ConnectWise shops trying to work out what the agents do today, and everyone else trying to work out whether there is still a product for them.
- The agents available today handle triage, dispatch and summarization. A June 2026 report on the platform launch says the RMM equivalents are due in the following months, and the ConnectWise page describes its ticket agent as one that can recommend or execute next steps.
- A ConnectWise MSP on one of our calls in March 2026 described the agents reading the ticket, setting the type, agreement and contact, adding a summary, and then handing it to a technician.
- Pricing is not published. The page offers a Talk to Sales button and nothing else about cost or setup.
- The product is sold as part of the ConnectWise Platform. No other PSA is named on the page and ConnectWise has published nothing about supporting one, so if you run Autotask, HaloPSA or SuperOps the page has nothing for you.
- Trust is hard to win back once an AI tool is wrong in front of the techs. The same ConnectWise MSP told us its technicians stopped using the copilot after a few bad suggestions and went back to their own ChatGPT.
All it can really do is read the ticket. It really can't do any work on the ticket. So it's basically just prepping the ticket and throwing it over the fence to the techs.

We have ConnectWise Sidekick, we've trialed that, but we've disabled it because in its current form it's not fit for purpose, it's not accurate enough.

zofiQ vs Rallied
| zofiQ | Rallied | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | ConnectWise AI Agents, the former zofiQ: AI agents embedded in the ConnectWise Platform that triage, dispatch and summarize tickets in ConnectWise PSA. | AI agent that reads each ticket in your PSA, does the work and writes up what it did. |
| How you set it up | Through ConnectWise sales. The page offers Talk to Sales and publishes nothing about setup. | Connect your PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365, then say in plain English what it may do on its own. |
| Who runs it day to day | Your ConnectWise admin. An Oversight Agent monitors the agent-driven workflows and technicians pick up what the agents route. | Nobody full time. Your service manager sets the guardrails and approves anything that needs a sign-off. |
| Time to first result | Not published. | Most MSPs connect their PSA and go live in under a week, starting in Plan Mode so you can check its work first. |
| Plain-word tickets | The Triage Agent classifies, labels, prioritizes and routes them. Doing the work is described as the ticket agent's job on the ConnectWise page, and as the technician's job by the June 2026 report and by the MSPs on our calls. | Reads the request, checks who is asking and works out what to do. |
| Tools without an API | Not described. The agents work inside the ConnectWise Platform. | A browser agent logs into the admin console and does the task, at 30 to 60 seconds an action. |
| Where approvals happen | Inside ConnectWise PSA, on the platform's guardrails. | On the ticket in your PSA, with per-action defaults you can tighten or loosen. |
| Reach | ConnectWise PSA today. ConnectWise says the agents will extend across ConnectWise RMM, cybersecurity and data protection, with the RMM agents due after the July 2026 launch. No other PSA is named. | ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and SuperOps; Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-central and ConnectWise Automate; Microsoft 365, IT Glue, Hudu and Confluence. |
| Pricing | Not published. Talk to Sales only. | $150 a month, billed monthly, 2,000 credits included. A ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits. |
Where zofiQ wins
- It is already in your PSA
- For an all-ConnectWise shop there is nothing to connect. The agents sit inside the PSA you already pay for, and ConnectWise says hundreds of MSPs are on the new platform.
- Triage at scale
- ConnectWise claims 90 to 97% accuracy in triage and classification and an 86% reduction in L1-to-L2 escalations. Those are vendor numbers, and triage is the part of the job the MSPs on our calls agreed the agents do well.
- A roadmap backed by the PSA vendor
- ConnectWise has said the agents become a layer across ConnectWise RMM, cybersecurity and data protection. If you buy all of those from ConnectWise, that is one vendor building toward your whole stack.
- One contract
- Billing, support and the security review all run through the vendor you already have on file, which matters when your procurement is one person with a spreadsheet.
Which one fits
Pick zofiQ if
- Your PSA, RMM and security tools are all ConnectWise and you want one vendor's roadmap.
- Triage, dispatch and summaries are the job you want automated first, and technicians doing the work is fine for now.
- You would rather wait for the ConnectWise RMM agents than add a second vendor.
Pick Rallied if
- You run Autotask, HaloPSA or SuperOps, or a ConnectWise PSA with a non-ConnectWise RMM.
- You want the routine ticket closed, with the password reset, the mailbox access or the script run done, and the write-up on the ticket.
- You want published pricing that follows your tickets, and a technician's sign-off only where you decide it matters.
What each one costs
zofiQ
Not published
ConnectWise AI Agents are sold through ConnectWise sales, and the page carries no prices, tiers or trial. One ConnectWise MSP told us in March 2026 that its early-adopter pricing was comparable to ConnectWise Sidekick, which is a call report, not a list price.
Rallied
$150 a month
Billed monthly, with 2,000 credits included. Each ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits depending on how much work the agent did on it, so a typical month covers about 700 tickets. Tickets it couldn't finish are never charged.
Questions MSPs ask us about zofiQ
Is zofiQ still available as a separate product?
No. ConnectWise announced the acquisition on January 20, 2026, and zofiq.ai now serves the ConnectWise AI Agents page. The agents are sold as part of the ConnectWise Platform, which replaced Asio and went live in July 2026.
Do the ConnectWise AI Agents resolve tickets?
The agents available today triage, dispatch and summarize. ConnectWise describes its ticket agent as able to recommend or execute next steps, and a June 2026 report on the platform launch says the current agents automate ticketing workflows, with RMM agents to follow. The ConnectWise MSPs we have spoken to describe the agents preparing the ticket for a technician.
Can I use Rallied if I am on ConnectWise?
Yes. Rallied connects to ConnectWise PSA and reads and works tickets there, alongside Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-central or ConnectWise Automate and Microsoft 365. A ConnectWise shop can keep the ConnectWise agents for triage and let Rallied do the work.
What does zofiQ cost compared with Rallied?
ConnectWise does not publish pricing for the AI Agents; the page offers a Talk to Sales button. Rallied is $150 a month, billed monthly, with 2,000 credits included, which covers about 700 tickets in a typical month.
