Rallied vs Junto: two AI agents that resolve tickets, priced and placed differently
Junto is an AI helpdesk with its own inbox, ticket processors, plain-language runbooks and auto-resolution on its Operator tier, priced per technician from $30 to $120 a month, and it fits MSPs who want one assistant across a wide stack and are happy to pay by seat. Rallied is an AI agent that reads each ticket in your PSA and does the work there, at $150 a month for 2,000 credits, so it fits MSPs who want the work to stay in the PSA and the bill to follow tickets rather than headcount.

Why MSPs look for a Junto alternative
Junto is a closer match to Rallied than most of the tools on this list, because both read the ticket and act on it. The differences that decide it for the MSPs we talk to are where the work happens, how the bill is calculated and what the vendor has finished on the security side. Junto has not come up on our sales calls, so this page relies on Junto's own pages, verified in September 2026, and on what MSPs tell us they want from any tool that claims to resolve tickets.
- The bill scales with technicians. Operator, the tier with auto-resolution, is $75 per technician a month billed annually, or 20% more month to month, so a 10-tech MSP pays $750 a month whether Junto closes 50 tickets or 500.
- Junto has its own inbox. It works inside your PSA too, and the Explorer assistant, the Advisor and the Runbooks are Junto screens, so there is a second place your team works.
- SOC 2 and GDPR are listed as in progress, so when a client's security questionnaire asks for a report there is not one yet.
- Auto-resolution is a tier, not the default. Explorer at $30 gives you the assistant and the PSA integration; the triage pipeline, auto-resolution and runbook execution start at Operator.
- Nothing on Junto's pages describes working a tool that has no API, such as a vendor admin console, which is where a share of the portal tasks MSPs hand us still live.
Even the easiest stuff, people know how to do it. We don't need a potential resolution for that stuff. It's more just the execution of the action.

Junto vs Rallied
| Junto | Rallied | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | AI helpdesk for MSPs: an assistant across your stack, 18 processors that summarize, classify, prioritize and route each ticket, plain-language runbooks, and auto-resolution from the Operator tier. | AI agent that reads each ticket in your PSA, does the work and writes up what it did. |
| How you set it up | Connect your PSA, RMM, documentation and Microsoft 365, set roles, permissions and approval gates, then widen scope as you trust the outcomes. | Connect your PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365, then say in plain English what it may do on its own. |
| Who runs it day to day | Your technicians, in Junto's web app, Slack, Teams or inside the PSA, approving the actions you have gated. | Nobody full time. Your service manager sets the guardrails and approves anything that needs a sign-off. |
| Time to first result | Three days, by Junto's claim: connect on day one, resolve with technician-approved actions on day two. | Most MSPs connect their PSA and go live in under a week, starting in Plan Mode so you can check its work first. |
| Plain-word tickets | Processors classify and route them in under 30 seconds, and Junto says it resolves over 40% of service requests with a few clicks. | Reads the request, checks who is asking and works out what to do. |
| Tools without an API | Not described. Junto works through its 38 production integrations. | A browser agent logs into the admin console and does the task, at 30 to 60 seconds an action. |
| Where approvals happen | Approval gates in Slack and Teams, plus human approvals and safe-mode controls on the Operator tier. | On the ticket in your PSA, with per-action defaults you can tighten or loosen. |
| Reach | ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, HaloPSA and Syncro; ConnectWise RMM, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, Addigy and Mosyle; Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IT Glue and Hudu, plus security, backup and billing tools, 38 in production. | ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and SuperOps; Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-central and ConnectWise Automate; Microsoft 365, IT Glue, Hudu and Confluence. |
| Pricing | Published. Explorer $30, Operator $75 and Architect $120 per technician a month billed annually, 20% more monthly, with a 60-day money-back guarantee. | $150 a month, billed monthly, 2,000 credits included. A ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits. |
Where Junto wins
- Published pricing and a guarantee
- Three tiers on a public page, month-to-month or annual, and a 60-day money-back guarantee. You can budget it before you talk to anyone.
- A wider integration list
- 38 production integrations, including Syncro, Addigy, Mosyle, Google Workspace, Huntress, ThreatLocker and QuickBooks Online. Rallied lists Google Workspace as coming soon and does not reach billing tools at all.
- Advice as well as actions
- Junto's Advisor looks across your tickets and surfaces what to automate, what to document, what to fix and where the revenue is. Rallied works the ticket in front of it and leaves the strategy to you.
- Three days, by its own account
- Junto's onboarding page promises live in three days, which is faster than the under-a-week figure we quote for Rallied. Both are vendor claims; ask each of us for a reference.
Which one fits
Pick Junto if
- You want one assistant your techs can ask questions of across the whole stack, and a second screen is fine.
- A flat per-technician bill is easier for you to budget than a bill that moves with your ticket volume.
- You run Syncro, Addigy, Mosyle or Google Workspace and need them in the loop today.
Pick Rallied if
- You want the work and the write-up to stay on the ticket in your PSA, with nothing new for techs to open.
- You would rather pay by the ticket than a seat for every technician.
- You need a SOC 2 Type II report for client security reviews now, and a browser agent for the vendor portals that have no API.
What each one costs
Junto
$30 to $120 per technician a month
Explorer $30, Operator $75 and Architect $120 per technician a month billed annually; monthly billing is 20% more. Every tier includes unlimited agent usage, onboarding and support. For 10 technicians on Operator that is $750 a month billed annually, or $900 a month month to month.
Rallied
$150 a month
Billed monthly, with 2,000 credits included. Each ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits depending on how much work the agent did on it, so a typical month covers about 700 tickets, whatever your headcount. Tickets it couldn't finish are never charged.
Questions MSPs ask us about Junto
Does Junto resolve tickets or only suggest fixes?
Both, depending on tier. Junto's Operator and Architect tiers include auto-resolution of tickets behind approval gates you configure, and Junto says it resolves over 40% of service requests with a few clicks. The Explorer tier is the assistant and the PSA integration without auto-resolution.
How is Junto priced compared with Rallied?
Junto charges per technician: Explorer $30, Operator $75 and Architect $120 per technician a month billed annually, or 20% more month to month. Rallied is $150 a month with 2,000 credits included, and each ticket costs 1, 3 or 8 credits, so the bill follows tickets rather than headcount.
Where does the work happen in each?

Is Junto SOC 2 certified?
Junto lists SOC 2 and GDPR as in progress on its homepage as of September 2026. Rallied is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and the report is available through the Rallied trust center.
